Complete the prep work
Once your project is booked, you’ll receive a brand questionnaire to help me understand your vision, goals, and dream client. You’ll also gather your website copy, brand photos, and any must-have materials for your site.
All prep materials are due at least 48 hours before our kickoff call so we can hit the ground running.
02.
MONday:
KICKOFF CALL + BRAND BOARD
We’ll start the week with a 60-minute kickoff call to go over your vision, brand direction, Pinterest board, and anything else you'd like me to know. After the call, I’ll create your custom brand board—color palette, font pairings, and a simple logo—to guide the design.
You’ll review and approve the brand board before we move on to your homepage.
03.
Once the brand board is approved, I’ll design your homepage (desktop + mobile) and send it to you for feedback.
You’ll review it and send back your thoughts by Wednesday morning, so we can move into the rest of the site with confidence.
Tuesday:
HOMEPAGE DESIGN + FEEDBACK

With your homepage locked in, I’ll build the rest of your site.
You’ll receive a full preview of your site by Thursday afternoon, along with one round of final revisions.
Wednesday-Thursday:

Any final tweaks from your review will be made, and I’ll do a full quality check to make sure your site looks flawless on every screen.
Once everything’s locked in, I’ll prepare your final launch materials so you’re ready to go live with confidence.
FRIDAY:
finalize & prepare for launch

I’ll help connect your domain, transfer the site to your Showit account, and send a final wrap-up email with all your links, assets, and a mini launch checklist. You go live, and your dream site becomes your reality. Time to pop the champagne!

Either way, we’ll kick things off with a 60-minute brand strategy session where we’ll dive into your vision, vibe, and goals. From there, I’ll create a custom color palette, font pairings, and a typeface-based logo to use across your site so it feels cohesive, elevated, and entirely you.
Yes—there are a few things you'll be responsible for outside of the package price:
Domain – This is your website address (like yourbusiness.com). Domains are usually around $10–$20/month and can be purchased from platforms like GoDaddy or Google Domains. Prices can vary.
Showit Subscription – Since I design exclusively on Showit, you’ll need an active subscription to publish your website. They offer several pricing tiers . You can view Showit’s current pricing here.
Legal Pages – If you're collecting emails or using contact forms, you'll need a Privacy Policy (and possibly Terms & Conditions). I don’t provide legal documents, but I can help recommend resources to get these pages!
Premium Fonts or Stock Images – If you choose to use any paid fonts, stock photos, or design assets, those costs are yours to cover. Don’t worry— we will always go over this during our kick off call.
These aren’t part of the design package, but I’ll guide you through what’s needed during our prep process. ✨
First, you will fill out a client application to make sure we’re a great fit. I personally review each one to ensure that I can deliver the transformation you’re looking for—because if we’re not aligned, I’ll always encourage you to work with a designer who’s the best match for you!

Ongoing website maintenance isn’t included in this service. Once your site is live, it’s fully yours—with full ownership and a tutorial so you feel confident making edits on your own.
